Santosh Kumar Kanodia, the founder member of the firm. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He has also completed certification course on International Taxation from ICAI. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is actively involved in advising numerous multinational clients on various aspects of their investments in India including their tax planning.
His main areas of work include company due diligence, regulatory approvals, joint ventures, foreign collaborations, acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, company law, project finance, corporate taxation and matters relating to capital market etc.
Shyam Kumar Kanodia, qualified in 1986, is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having wide experience in the field of Auditing, Direct Taxation and Secretarial matters.
